  • Review key changes to federal law for those who make and receive charitable gifts, and discuss related planning implications
  • Unpack estate planning options for clients, large and small, in light of the increased $15 million exemption amount
  • Analyze recent cases regarding substantiation requirements and donor standing, and assess their impact on our clients
