Learn how to avoid some of the common pitfalls of Estate Planning! Our presenters will share real-life situations where estate plans did not work as intended, and ways these mistakes could have been minimized or avoided.

The program is designed for individuals and couples, those with estate plans, those who are thinking about an estate plan, and for practitioners in the estate planning field.

Scenarios covered during the seminar include:

  • common points of estate plan failure
  • undesirable outcomes
  • lessons learned
  • thoughts on best practices

After the seminar, attendees will have an opportunity to ask general questions of the presenters (an Estate Planning Attorney and a Certified Financial Planner).

Space is limited! Register online (using the form below) or call (510) 544-2220 to reserve your spot. Registrants will receive a Zoom meeting invitation via email after registration.
