8th Annual Hot Topics in Charitable Planning Invitation

The event is being hosted by the Planned Giving Committee of the Regional Parks Foundation and Farella Braun + Martel, so there is no cost to attend. We are offering 1.5 hours of complimentary continuing education credit for attorneys and accountants.

At this complimentary seminar, we will:

  • Detail planned gift techniques and discuss the benefits and issues with gifting virtual currency
  • Review the tax treatment of virtual currency and recent IRS developments
  • Debrief from the apparent deathblow to the Build Back Better Act and discuss the prospects of its revival in 2022
  • Provide an update on pending California legislation and ballot measures, including the potential repeal of Proposition 19
